Over the past few months, we’ve shared bits and bytes of information, updates and exciting offers through different channels but this is the first time we will be sending you a letter with our updates and more, we call this newsletter, ‘The Neighbourhood’. As you know, at Giftedcryptocurrency , we are on a mission to make global payments accessible to all Africans, and we are thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully crossed the 300,000 users border and we just announced our $3M seed round! We're grateful to have you on this journey with us, and we can't wait to see what the future holds.
We want to take a moment to apologise to you for the recent delays in responding to support complaints. We were swamped with chats and emails when we launched Giftedcryptocurrency , but we're back and better than ever! Our support team is fully ready to lend a helping hand and provide support to you.
In rather unfortunate news, scammers are on the loose. We have noticed a recent surge in scams, but we are devising smarter ways to prevent scammers from reaching you or your hard-earned money. As a result, we have temporarily paused social media support, and all complaints will now be routed through our in-app chat and email channels only. We also have a couple of security features on the way which we’ll tell you about in due time.

We introduced new USD, GBP and EUR accounts.
You can now add pounds to your GBP accounts using your UK bank account.

You will now get notified when there's a new login on your account.
Approval is also now required when a new device logs into your account.
